Terms of Sale

Horses sold are owned free and clear without any title conflict.

Payment is due within 72 hours via cash, wire transfer, or check.

The buyer is responsible for transport and all associated costs. Any stay beyond 72 hours must be prior arranged with Lindsey Walz Equine Farm LLC.

Any registration or other paperwork will be transferred to the buyer directly following payment. No paperwork is guaranteed unless specified by the seller.

Auctions may have a reserve.

Horses posted for auction may not be sold before the auction.

Buyers are legally responsible for their bids. Placing a bid is a contractual offer of the high bid that is open until, and assumed accepted at auction close if the reserve is met.

Lindsey Walz Equine Farm is not an auction house. The "auction" is a private sale.

Lindsey Walz Equine Farm LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the site and is not liable for failure to do so.

The timer may be altered for any reason, although it would be an unusual circumstance.

It is understood and agreed that any auction participant will indemnify and hold Lindsey Walz Equine Farm LLC and its employees harmless from and against all civil liability, claims, and judgments, including attorney's fees, which may arise out of any transaction negligently or otherwise handled during the bidding process. By participating in an auction the participants further agree to hold Lindsey Walz Equine Farm and it's employees not liable for any injury, harm, or legal fees that may incur from interactions with sellers or horses under any circumstance including negligence.

By registering for the auction, buyers agree to receive text message updates related to any auction in which they place a bid.

By participating in an auction, buyers and sellers agree with all terms and conditions stated on this page.
